By creating an account or using Finance AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finance AI (“the Company,” “we,” “our”).
Finance AI is a personal finance dashboard that uses artificial intelligence to help you track spending, categorize transactions, monitor net worth, and gain insights into your financial life. The Service integrates with third-party providers including Plaid (bank connections) and Stripe (payment processing).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New users receive a one-month free trial upon completing onboarding. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
After the trial, the Service is available at $12.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to categorize transactions, generate financial insights, and answer questions about your finances. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should not make financial decisions based solely on AI-generated outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Plaid and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. By connecting a bank account through Plaid, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data on your behalf in accordance with Plaid’s terms of service.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content (excluding your personal data), is the property of Finance AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Consumer Consent Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
