Why am I not receiving Finance AI emails?

Troubleshoot missing sign-in codes, setup reminders, and weekly insight emails.

Quick answer

If your email code does not arrive, check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates first, then confirm you entered the right email address. Optional setup reminders and weekly insight emails can be turned back on from the web Account page.

Steps

  1. 1If you do not see your sign-in code, check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders for Finance AI.
  2. 2Make sure the email address in the sign-in screen is typed correctly.
  3. 3Wait a minute and request a new sign-in code if the first one does not arrive.
  4. 4If weekly insight or setup reminder emails stopped, sign in on the web and open the Account page.
  5. 5In Email updates, turn setup reminders and weekly insight emails back on if they are off.
  6. 6Contact support if sign-in codes still do not arrive.

Emails you cannot turn off

Finance AI still sends required account emails such as sign-in codes, welcome emails, support replies, and billing notices even if optional email updates are disabled.

Optional email updates

Setup reminders and weekly insight emails are optional. Unsubscribe links in those emails turn Email updates off immediately, and you can turn them back on from the web Account page.

If an address bounces, is reported as spam, or is suppressed by the email provider, Finance AI pauses optional email updates to protect future deliverability.

When support checks delivery

Finance AI support can review recent email delivery events, bounce or complaint events, and suppression status for the address you used. That helps distinguish an app issue from an inbox-provider delivery issue.
