How do I manage my subscription or delete my account?
Find subscription controls, billing status, reactivation, and account deletion.

Open the Account page on the web to view subscription status, cancel or reactivate a subscription, or permanently delete your Finance AI account.
Steps
- 1Sign in to Finance AI on the web.
- 2Open the Account page.
- 3Use the Subscription section to see your plan, billing date, trial status, cancel, reactivate, or subscribe.
- 4Use the Account section only if you want to permanently delete your account and Finance AI data.
Canceling a subscription
If you cancel an active subscription, Finance AI keeps access available until the end of the current billing period. The Account page shows the access-until date when a canceled subscription is still in its grace period.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your Finance AI account data, connected account data, chats, memories, settings, and active sessions. This action cannot be undone.
- Canceling a subscription does not delete your account data.
- Deleting your account signs you out after the deletion succeeds.
- If you only need help, contact support before deleting the account.
