How do I publish articles?
Use the Finance AI admin article editor to draft, preview, and publish SEO-friendly Markdown articles.
Quick answer
Open Admin, choose the Articles tab, write the article in Markdown, fill in the SEO title and description, set the status to Published, and save.
Steps
- 1Open the Finance AI admin page.
- 2Choose the Articles tab.
- 3Click the new-post button or select an existing post.
- 4Write the article in Markdown and check the live preview.
- 5Fill in the title, meta description, optional SEO title, optional SEO description, excerpt, author, and cover image URL.
- 6Keep drafts as Draft until they are ready.
- 7Set Status to Published and save to make the post visible at /blog and /blog/[slug].
Formatting recommendations
The editor supports Markdown with GitHub-flavored formatting, including headings, links, lists, quotes, code blocks, and tables. Use H2 and H3 headings to break the article into clear sections that match what readers search for.
Short paragraphs, descriptive link text, and direct answers near the top of the article usually make posts easier for readers and search engines to understand.
SEO fields
The public article pages render server-side HTML and include canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter metadata, breadcrumbs, and Article structured data. The SEO title and SEO description override the visible title and description only in metadata.
If the SEO fields are blank, Finance AI uses the article title and meta description. The excerpt controls the summary shown on the article index; if blank, it is generated from the article body.
Drafts and published posts
Draft articles stay in admin and are not shown on the public article index. Published articles appear on the article index, have public detail pages, and keep their first publish date unless they are moved back to draft.
